The building blocks of Personal Finance.

The Council for Economic Education provides economic and financial literacy resources for K-12 educators, including Financial Fitness for Life© (FFFL). This comprehensive personal finance curriculum is designed to teach students important concepts related to personal finance and how to make thoughtful decisions in their own lives. These lessons have a strong interactive component including online resources and hands-on activities, and the curriculum is aligned to national standards in English and math and with Voluntary National Content Standards in Economics and the Voluntary National Standards for Financial Literacy.

Materials include teacher and student guides for K-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12.

For Educators.

ICEE offers training and materials to prepare educators to use the Financial Freedom for Life curriculum in their classrooms. Training includes a one-day workshop, a teacher and student workbook in the grade level of choice, and lunch. Teachers also have the option to earn professional development credit through Boise State University.
